Will TadaVPN work on my device?Yes, as our VPN is programmed into a router, all you need to do is connect whichever device you're using to this router and you'll get the desired country’s IP address. For example, if you order one of our routers with a UK IP address, any device you connect to that router will show as a UK internet address.

How long does delivery take?You’ll receive your TadaVPN router within 1 working day for the UK and 3-5 days in other locations. Delivery is free to mainland UK and just £20 for any other location worldwide.

What is the returns policy?We’re sure you’ll love your new VPN package. However, if you’d like to return it for any reason, we have a 14-day return policy on all items.

Is there a warranty?Yes. TadaVPN provide a 1-year warranty. If you encounter any issues with your router at all, we’ll fix it. If it can’t be fixed, we’ll replace it, free of charge. You also get a 3-year warranty from the router manufacturer – TP-Link.
